Check Motherboard Model Using Third-Party Software
CPU-Z
If you want to check your motherboard model without opening your PC, a few third-party software programs can help you. CPU-Z is one of the most popular choices.
Once you download and install CPU-Z, open the program and go to the “Mainboard” tab. Here, you should see all the information about your motherboard, including the model number. If for some reason, CPU-Z doesn’t work or isn’t able to detect your motherboard, you can try using Speccy or HWinfo64.
Speccy
Speccy is a software program that helps you keep track of your computer’s performance. It can show you your CPU, RAM, and other hardware. Speccy can also help you troubleshoot problems with your computer.
